KYC

KYC procedure is the way that allows us to know you better in order to provide you with the corresponding services our platform has.

COINBITCO offers you four Levels:

Depending on the Level you have, COINBITCO will provide you with corresponding limits:

• Max amount that could be traded within single trade order
• Max total amount of trade orders (single day)
• Max total debited amount per transfer
• Max amount that could be credited

After completing the sign-up procedure, your KYC Level is Starter

You can navigate to the KYC by clicking 'Settings' on the Dashboard.

On KYC page you can see:

• Your Current Level
• List of documents required for the next level and information to fill out

To upgrade the KYC Level you have to select Upgrade and upload required documents.

Then you can see the status of processing (verification) of uploaded documents.

When required documents are verified, your Current Level is updated and you can proceed to the next updating.

Note: the platform allows to upgrade Levels one by one (from Starter to Platinum).
